We have lived here 3 years and have adjusted to apartment living. Coming from a huge home with acres to take care of was an adjustment for me'' my husband and my dog. We feel very much at home here thanks to caring manager Makayla and her asst. Both ladies are very well liked here...not like some mgrs. before them. This makes for an even better feeling living here...we have no desire to move. Several of my neighbors feel the same way. It certainly is nice to say positive things about Compton Lake and management when meeting new neighbors.....WE LOVE THE PLACE WE LIVE

I’ve been living here almost 4 years now and I can say this is a great place to live. It is usually quiet and very peaceful. When there are maintenance problems they are resolved as soon as practicable. Most neighbors are quiet and friendly. Management personnel do a wonderful job of keeping the property up and looking nice. Interaction with management is smooth, effective and friendly. My personal interactions with management, both here and higher up have produced results that have positively affected all of us here at Compton Lake Apartments. I consider this place a great place to live because of those reasons that I have listed as well as this location. David Jones – 4 year resident

I normally am not one for writing reviews but I feel it would be wrong of me not to! Moving to compton lake was my best move yet , and there’s not a single thing about it that I don’t like. All of the staff is so polite, we love the new leasing manager Makayla! She is always so polite and willing to help with whatever you might need, and is always very on top of things. We were so worried about moving to an unfamiliar area but they office staff assured us that we would love their complex and they were so right, It’s very quiet and laid back. Could ask for a better move !!

I really love my new place at Compton Lake. It really suits my needs and the staff is awesome. Hannah is so nice and sweet and easy to talk to. The maintenance is really respectful and considerate. I recommend Compton Lake to anyone.

I can always count on a prompt follow through and service with a smile whenever I have any requests. I am a resident for eight happy years. The management team at Compton Lake is the best. Thank you Fath!!!!!!

This is about Maintenance, and the apartment, so far when I needed something in the apartment fixed and put in the work order, they have gotten right on it. The grounds are well kept and the building I live in is kept clean.I like the apartment my only complaint is I wish the apartments had Laundry hook ups in them. Thank you.

Your maintenance here is wonderful, I love how you can submit a claim and within 24hrs, your claim has at least been looked at, if not fixed. I also appreciate the fact if theres an issue that needs to be handled by a specialist then your crews have no problem deferring to a specialist. They care about getting the job done right and quickly. I have yet to put a maintenance request in for the same thing twice because they all get fixed the right way the first time.

Love Compton Lake Apartments. The grounds are quiet and clean, parking lots have great lights at night. When in my apartment I cant hear anything outside. Staff and neighbors are awesome. Love this place.

I just recently moved into my new home. I’m so excited to be here. The rent is very reasonable and the staff is GREAT!! Everything I asked for was completed on my move in day. The apartment was clean and ready to be moved into. I love my new home!!!!!
